One of Georgetown's most sophisticated and elegant spaces, The Great Hall can seat up to 160 guests for an elegant luncheon or dinner. For a cocktail reception that your guests will never forget, 200 guests are easily accommodated in splendor and history!

The Receiving Rooms

The Receiving Rooms

Our Receiving Rooms are the perfect place to relax prior to dining in the Great Hall. A personal dinner invitation, handwritten by Abigail Adams hangs on the wall. These rooms can accommodate up to 50 guests for a reception.

The Long Room

The Long Room

One June 6, 1800, John Adams made his famous toast in this room. With an incredible view of "M" Street. The Long Room offers a beautiful setting. This historic space comfortably seats up to 40 guests for formal dining or 80 guests for a cocktail reception.

The Bliss Room

The Bliss Room

With its adjoining private terrace, our Bliss Room is one of the Club's most sought after event spaces. This space is ideally suited for seated events up to 70 guests or cocktail receptions for groups as large as 150 guests. Reservations for The Bliss Room are the hottest ticket in town.

The Library

The Library

Adjacent to the Governors' Room, the Club Library is a great place to enjoy beverages and lighter fare. Thomas Jefferson spent time here on his visits to Georgetown....and if you look closely, you may even see him sitting by the fire! The Library is ideal for a private reception up to 25 guests.

The Governors' Room

The Governors' Room

Located on the third floor, this room also contains the original 1796 floors, mantles and woodwork. It is the perfect space for a private dinner for up to 14 guests, or a wonderful reception for as many as 30 guests.
